1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Premise Decision Engine website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Who we are
“Premise Decision Engine”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Premise Decision Engine operations conducted through one or more of the following entities (together, the “Operator”):

3. What the Site does
The Site provides information about the Oxygen Boardroom and allows you to submit your details through forms (for example, name, role, company, email, mobile number) so we can contact you.
4. No professional advice
Any information on the Site is general information only.
We are not your lawyer, accountant, broker, investment adviser, or fiduciary.
Nothing on the Site is legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset.
You are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice before acting on any decision.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.
If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
6. Your responsibilities

6.1 Provide accurate information when you submit forms.
6.2 Use the Site lawfully and respectfully.
6.3 Not interfere with the Site’s security, availability, or integrity.
7. Prohibited use
You may not:
7.1 Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, servers, or systems.
7.2 Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site at scale without written permission.
7.3 Upload or transmit malicious code, malware, or anything intended to disrupt the Site.
7.4 Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation.
7.5 Use the Site to send unsolicited messages or spam.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, design, layout, logos, graphics, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the Site for your internal business evaluation only.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site content without written permission.

We are not responsible for third party content, policies, or practices.

To the maximum extent allowed by law:
11.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for access to the Site during the 12 months before the claim arose.
If you did not pay any amount, our total liability is limited to USD 100 (or the equivalent in local currency), unless applicable law requires a higher minimum.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party rights.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy below.

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time.
Changes take effect when posted on the Site.
Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or misused the Site.
16. Governing law and venue
Because Premise Decision Engine operates through multiple entities, the governing law depends on where you are contracting from:
16.1 If we expressly contract with you through Wealth Creation Global Community LLC, Wyoming law applies and venue is state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
16.2 If we expressly contract with you through Wealth Creation Global Community Pty Ltd or the Trust, South African law applies and venue is courts located in Gauteng, South Africa.
16.3 If the contracting entity is not specified, we will treat the Operator as Wealth Creation Global Community LLC and apply Wyoming law, unless mandatory local consumer laws require otherwise.
17. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.
18. Entire agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.
